How to request a refund
Email matt@forrest.nyc from the email address on your account with “Refund” in the subject. We reply within 3 business days and, when approved, refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. We never require a review, testimonial or survey as a condition of a refund.
How to cancel a subscription
In Spatial Lab, open your profile menu, go to Settings > Billing, and choose Cancel next to your plan. It takes two clicks and no call. You can also email matt@forrest.nyc and we will cancel for you the same business day. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Renewal charges made before you cancel are not refunded, except as required by law or under the 30-day guarantee above.
Renewal reminders and price changes
Quarterly and annual subscribers get an email before each renewal. If we change your plan’s price, we tell you at least 30 days in advance so you can cancel first.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We handle refund requests quickly, and a chargeback on a purchase you accessed may result in loss of access.
EU and UK customers
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Because our courses are digital content delivered immediately, purchasing confirms your consent to immediate access and your acknowledgment that the withdrawal right ends once you have access. If you did not give that consent, you may withdraw within 14 days by emailing matt@forrest.nyc. For subscriptions, you may withdraw within 14 days of starting and pay only for the portion used. Our guarantees above are at least as generous as the legal minimum and apply to you as well. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Removed members
A member removed for violating the Terms or Community Guidelines is not entitled to a refund of amounts already paid.
